Flow License
Last updated: October 7, 2026
This license explains what you may do with Jervis Flows automation packages: the workflow files, configuration, documentation and examples in each download.
Jervis keeps its intellectual property
Jervis owns the flows, their documentation and the Jervis Flows brand. Downloading or buying a flow gives you a license to use it; it does not transfer ownership of any Jervis intellectual property.
What you may do
- Install and run the flow for one business: one legal entity and its own operations.
- Run it on infrastructure that business owns or controls, in as many environments (for example staging and production) as that business needs.
- Modify the flow and its configuration for that business’s own use.
What you may not do
- Resell, sublicense, publish or share the flow or its documentation, modified or not, including as a template or in another marketplace.
- Deploy it for other businesses, for example as an agency for clients, without a separate agreement with Jervis.
- Remove notices that identify Jervis as the author.
Premium flows
Premium flows are licensed on the same terms for the business named in the order, plus any extra rights written into that order.
What stays yours
Your infrastructure, credentials, configuration values and data remain yours. Jervis gets no rights to them through this license.
Custom work
Ownership of automations built specifically for you is set in the agreement for that engagement.
Third-party software
Flows may run on n8n or connect to other services. Those are licensed by their owners on their own terms, which you are responsible for following.
No warranty, and ending the license
Flows are provided as described in the Terms of Service. The license ends automatically if you break it; you must then stop using the flow and delete your copies.
